We have advised clients from diverse sectors and industries on matters related to customs laws and procedures. We regularly represents importers and exporters before the Indian Ministry of Finance on tariff concessions, issues relating to tariff classifications, customs valuation and also matters relating to customs enforcement. We also represent clients in matters related to Customs as well as Foreign Trade Policy before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities, including the Customs, Excise, Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Authority on Advance Rulings and Settlement Commission.
